there is no god in your loneliness
there is no pain in your forgiveness
when the roses bloom in mid-june
will they prosper and decay all life?
no more death
filled with long days
no more ego
filled with love
no drugs to
kill you softly
no more numbness
(drown you slow)
you and i, always
endlessly playing
in a ballet of masochism
apple seeds of virginity
have begun to lose its taste
the truth of apathy is sewn
no more blood
filled with blind hate
no more highs
turnin’ slow
no flesh to
peel back softly
no more forgiveness
(kill you slow)
do you believe in hope
do you believe in hostility
obedient greed
tender affection being hopelessly bound
no naivety
filled with dull days
no more
broken shards to hold
and it feels so high
it feels so helpless
i was blinded
now i’m cold
it’s always aching
it’s why i love you

When Spotify recommended this album to me, I didn't know what to expect. Definitely not awesome chiptune bops, but that was what I got! Fans of the genre should definitely check this out! c: LoveliLiya

The Bilinda Butchers cover a surprising amount of ground on this album, and I'm so here for it. Tracks flow well from style to style and vibes are great from start to finish. Despite the name, Low is the high-point for sure, and hard to get out of your head once it hooks you!~!~! quesadillicious
